Job Description:

    Join the Infrastructure Design team and embark on a journey to create innovative products that enhance connectivity for users worldwide. As a Product Designer within the Monitoring and Observability team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering engineers to enhance the reliability of systems across the organization using operational data. You will take charge of an extensive detection workflow that spans numerous products and features. Your ability to distill complex, high-level problems into actionable and concrete solutions will be key in shaping the product vision. Collaborating closely with your product team, you will navigate the entire product development lifecycle—from defining strategic roadmaps and determining the best path forward to meticulously working with engineers on the details leading up to launch. This role calls for a comprehensive skill set that encompasses product, interaction, and visual design, ensuring that you can deliver delightful user experiences.

As a Product Designer, you will undertake a variety of tasks to ensure the successful creation and launch of user-focused products.:

    Transform broad and ambiguous challenges into intuitive and engaging products that facilitate global connections.;; Design user interfaces that prioritize simplicity, elegance, and efficiency.;; Contribute to and steer high-level strategic discussions within product and executive teams.;; Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and user researchers to guide the product development process from problem identification through to launch and beyond.;; Support the product design team in continuously elevating the standards for quality in product thinking and interaction design.
