As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for the following::

Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for various products and features.;; Lead user research initiatives to gather insights on user behaviors, needs, and preferences, utilizing findings to inform design decisions.;; Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize product features, ensuring they align with both user needs and business goals.;; Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to enhance their skills and career development.;; Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the seamless implementation of design solutions, maintaining high quality and consistency.;; Participate actively in design critiques to contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.
