Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Project Manager to join a leading design and product development firm in Europe. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating and developing intuitive user interfaces for complex products, ensuring a seamless user experience from concept through to production. Your expertise will guide clients in understanding user groups and usage scenarios, while you create detailed mockups, prototypes, and conduct usability tests. You will be instrumental in designing screen layouts, icons, animations, and product graphics, as well as developing and maintaining the design system. A key aspect of this role will be mentoring junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping to foster their development in the field.

Develop intuitive operating concepts for complex products;; Define user groups and usage scenarios;; Create mockups and click dummies for client presentations;; Conduct usability tests and gather feedback for improvements;; Design and implement screen layouts, icons, animations, and product graphics;; Maintain and enhance the design system;; Mentor and guide junior team members in design principles
