Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience for our advanced 3D visualization tools. As a key member of the UX team, you will be responsible for understanding the intricate needs of our users, who are engaged in the design, construction, and operation of critical infrastructure projects. Your expertise will help shape the visual and interactive elements of our software, particularly during the design and construction phases of the infrastructure lifecycle. Collaborating with cross-functional teams comprising Product Managers, Software Engineers, fellow UX Designers, and subject matter experts, you will create impactful, integrated, and modular cloud-based visualization solutions. These solutions aim to assist millions of infrastructure professionals globally, ensuring they can effectively visualize and manage complex engineering projects.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will engage in various responsibilities aimed at enhancing user experience and supporting business growth.:

Develop and implement innovative support structures and functions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.;; Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and improve the overall customer experience.;; Manage critical tooling infrastructure projects, including contact center setup, workforce management, and CRM solutions.;; Lead business transformation initiatives focused on streamlining and automating customer experiences, yielding significant cost efficiencies.;; Work collaboratively with multiple functions within the business to leverage program execution, ensuring strategic alignment and resource optimization.;; Analyze user trends and patterns to discover unique enhancements to meet user needs effectively.;; Define and establish strategic long-term and short-term objectives that support the overall business mission.;; Set policies and procedures to govern program execution and ensure accountability.;; Establish priorities and milestones for projects and initiatives within the program.;; Provide mentorship and guidance to direct and indirect reports.
