Job Description:

Join our dedicated product team as a Senior UX Designer, where your creativity and expertise will shape the future of our digital customer experience. With a mission to foster healthier communities through real food, you will lead the design of customer-facing features across our ordering website, kiosks, and mobile applications. This role requires you to understand our customers deeply and enhance how they interact with our digital platforms. You will engage in user research, create personas, and map out customer journeys to inform your design decisions. As a key player, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure your designs align with our brand and enhance the overall customer experience. Your innovative approach will be crucial in defining how customers interact with our services and in driving changes that keep us at the forefront of the food and beverage industry.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly experiences that resonate with our customers and meet business objectives. Your role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing our digital platforms.:

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions;; Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas;; Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align design strategies with technical and business goals;; Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our digital offerings

• Proven experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• In-depth understanding of design principles, customer-centered processes, and web accessibility standards
