Job Description:

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital experiences of our diverse clientele. Your role involves crafting user interfaces that not only solve complex real-world problems but also provide a delightful experience for users. You will engage in a variety of projects throughout the year, each presenting unique challenges that will test your design prowess. In your role, you'll engage in various activities that contribute to the design process and product success.:

Collaborate daily with Engineers, Product Managers, and clients to gather requirements and feedback.;; Lead ideation sessions and workshops, both online and in-person, to brainstorm creative solutions.;; Define, design, prototype, and iterate on design solutions throughout the project lifecycle.;; Create unique and innovative designs that align with the client's branding and strategic goals.;; Ensure that design concepts are executed within budget and meet established product strategies.;; Support engineers during implementation by providing clear and comprehensive design specifications.;; Contribute to establishing core design values and participate in refining design processes.;; Engage in design critiques to continuously enhance and elevate the quality of the work produced.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of accessibility standards in design.
• Experience with design systems like Apple HIG and Material Design.
