Job Description:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, you will be instrumental in shaping the design vision and ensuring that our task mining tools are both effective and user-friendly. Your expertise will guide the development of products that not only enhance productivity but also transform how businesses operate by leveraging data intelligence. You will work closely with UX researchers to understand user needs and challenges, translating these insights into impactful design solutions that deliver real value to our clients. As a Staff Product Designer, you will take ownership of key user journeys and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive product growth.:
- Design and create effective task mining tools that identify process inefficiencies.;; Work closely with UX researchers to gain user insights and translate them into design solutions.;; Mentor and guide fellow designers throughout the design process, from concept to execution.;; Ensure a cohesive and user-centered design approach that enhances product usability.;; Contribute to the development of industry benchmarks and design guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Experience with B2B or enterprise software products, particularly for data users such as Data Engineers and analysts.
