Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly experienced User Researcher who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of artificial intelligence and AI agents within our collaboration hub. The successful candidate will be tasked with understanding the unique needs of our users and teams, exploring the potential of AI to enhance their work experiences. This role involves conducting comprehensive research to inform product development, ensuring that our offerings are user-centered and aligned with the evolving landscape of technology. You will be part of a dynamic Research & Analytics team dedicated to improving product experiences through impactful research strategies that span the entire development cycle. Your work will directly influence the direction of our product and help us to better serve our customers by building a culture of insight-driven design and decision-making.

As a Staff User Researcher, you will be responsible for defining and executing research initiatives that provide valuable insights into user needs and behaviors, ultimately influencing product strategy and enhancements.:
- Independently identify and prioritize research questions in collaboration with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams.;; Plan and conduct a variety of research methods to gather qualitative and quantitative insights throughout the product lifecycle.;; Synthesize research findings into compelling narratives that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.;; Collaborate with other researchers and data scientists to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and strategic product perspectives.;; Act as an internal advocate for users, sharing research insights to foster a customer-centric culture within the organization.
