UI/UX Co-Op

Job Description:

    Join our innovative team dedicated to designing the next generation of life-saving cardiac support devices. As a UI/UX Co-Op, you will play a crucial role in translating user needs into effective and engaging design workflows. This position offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a user-centered design process, collaborating with a diverse group of professionals including designers, developers, and data scientists. You will be involved in the creation of design elements, style guides, and prototypes that shape the future of medical technology. Your contributions will directly impact patient management and improve healthcare outcomes.

Your primary responsibilities will include the following tasks::

    Developing and preparing design elements, style guides, templates, and finished solutions for hand-off to developers.;; Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define UI interactions and specifications.;; Conducting primary and secondary research to inform user experience requirements.;; Creating user flows and prototypes at various fidelity levels to guide strategic decisions for cardiac patient management.;; Presenting design concepts and research findings to project leads and stakeholders.;; Conducting usability tests to gather feedback on your designs and concepts.
