As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at improving our digital products. Your primary duties will include conducting user research, designing interfaces, collaborating with stakeholders, and testing usability.:

Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs and behaviors;; Create personas, user journeys, and wireframes based on research findings;; Design and prototype user interfaces for both web and mobile applications;; Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools;; Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure design feasibility;; Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback for iterative design improvements;; Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs;; Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization
