Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Helena, MT. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of our digital properties through extensive research and creative design methodologies. You will conceptualize and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that facilitate the product vision. Your expertise will involve designing and coding markup, conducting user testing, and engaging in user-facing activities to validate designs and interactions. You will develop responsive front-end interfaces that are compatible across mobile and various web browsers. As part of your responsibilities, you will create high-quality UX deliverables that align with product outcomes while producing materials for both customers and developers, including user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and style guides. You will define customer needs through task analysis, persona development, and user flow creation. Leveraging analytics and usage metrics, you will inform your design decisions and engage in usability testing and customer interviews to gather qualitative and quantitative data. Additionally, you will maintain and enhance style guides and quality libraries to support all projects. Your clear communication of design solutions to team members and stakeholders will be vital, as will your contribution to design support for both internal and external websites. You will participate in project and sprint planning meetings, evaluate compliance with design guidelines, and collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful execution of design solutions. Through your original ideas, you will help simplify complex design challenges and transform conceptual ideas into highly usable designs.
