Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a UI/UX Designer where you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital landscape of businesses and society. In our innovative environment, you will work closely with cross-functional teams at our Munich and Berlin locations to transform initial testing scenarios into tangible products. Your responsibilities will include creating user interface designs for responsive websites and native applications on both iOS and Android platforms. You will also be responsible for developing visual brand identities for various client projects, enhancing them across digital and print media. Conducting usability tests and exploratory interviews will be part of your role, ensuring user-centered design principles are upheld. Additionally, you will prepare and facilitate workshops, engaging both internal teams and clients to drive forward-thinking design concepts. Collaborating with your team, you will conceptualize the overall user experience for our products, ensuring that we meet the diverse needs of our users while pushing the boundaries of innovation.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the full lifecycle of product design and user experience.:

Design user interfaces for websites and mobile applications, ensuring they are responsive and user-friendly., Create and evolve visual brand identities for client projects, both digitally and in print., Conduct usability tests and gather user feedback through exploratory interviews., Organize and facilitate workshops with internal teams and clients to generate innovative design ideas., Collaborate with your team to develop comprehensive product user experiences.
