Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team in Lake Dallas, TX. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a crucial part in crafting engaging and intuitive user experiences for various products related to the foreign exchange market. Your primary responsibility will be to design user-friendly interfaces using Figma, ensuring that our applications are not only functional but also visually appealing. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to iterate on designs based on user feedback, thereby enhancing the overall user journey. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating high-fidelity design mockups and prototypes, as well as maintaining and developing our design systems. Your expertise in user-centered design principles will be essential as you work on a variety of projects aimed at improving financial accessibility and education.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the following tasks::

Design user-friendly interfaces for various applications including client account viewing platforms and educational resources.;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement design changes.;; Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and products.;; Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and iterate on designs.;; Maintain and update design documentation to ensure consistency across products.;; Support the development team during the implementation phase to ensure design fidelity.;; Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design processes.
