Job Description:
- As the User Experience Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience initiatives at Macy's. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a strategic roadmap that aligns with the overarching goals of the organization while addressing user needs. You will conceptualize and design frameworks that engage users effectively, using data and research to inform your decisions. In this leadership position, you will mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering an environment that prioritizes high-quality, inclusive user experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in advocating for accessibility and ensuring consistency across various platforms, including web and mobile applications. By collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will help define user requirements and best practices, ensuring that the designs resonate with both business objectives and user expectations.

The User Experience Design Lead will oversee various aspects of user experience design, ensuring alignment with business goals and user satisfaction.:
