Job Description:

We proudly serve over seven thousand event organizers across various sectors, including concerts, sports, theater, tourism, tours, and trade fairs. We are looking for a UX Designer to join our dynamic team to continuously improve our B2C and B2B products through iterative design processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, transforming complex ideas into user-friendly designs while conducting user research to inform our product management. Your work will directly enhance our design system and contribute to our goal of simplifying ticket sales for our partners.

As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing our products by transforming complex information into accessible and engaging user experiences.:
- Collaborate with product development, software development, and product management teams;; Conduct user research to gather insights and define requirements;; Create wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing;; Evaluate research findings through usability tests;; Contribute to the design system with your innovative concepts
