User Experience (UX) Research Intern

Job Description:

    We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic UX Research Intern to join our innovative UX Research team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support a diverse range of research projects while building a strong foundation in various UX research methodologies. Your primary focus will be to integrate both qualitative and quantitative insights to enhance user experiences across our digital platforms, which include e-commerce websites, mobile applications, retail systems, and internal tools. Collaboration will be key as you work alongside experienced UX Designers, Product Managers, and other key stakeholders from all URBN brands, ensuring that user feedback remains at the forefront of our decision-making process. This internship is centered on learning and professional development, offering you valuable opportunities to refine your skills and deepen your understanding of UX research.

As a UX Research Intern, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to our understanding of user needs and behaviors.:

    Conduct secondary research to support ongoing UX research initiatives;; Assist in collecting and analyzing data to inform research projects;; Help develop research plans by defining objectives and selecting appropriate methodologies;; Independently manage and execute at least one small-scale UX research project, including designing studies and presenting findings
