Job Description:

As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our MEIN PYUR customer service portal, available in both web and app formats. Your primary responsibility will be to transform abstract and complex business requirements into modern digital solutions that prioritize both conversion and usability. You will create essential design artifacts such as wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, as well as thorough specifications and documentation to guide our development team. Conducting user research will also be a key part of your role, where you will gather qualitative insights through user testing and quantitative data via analytics and A/B testing. You will implement a streamlined design process tailored to your cross-functional product teams, while collaborating with design professionals across various departments to adapt and enhance our corporate design and develop a cohesive design system.
