In this role, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Websteps Sitevision team, which is renowned for its successful project deliveries across Sweden. As a trusted Sitevision Platinum Partner, we pride ourselves on our collaborative and knowledgeable team culture. You will engage in the entire design process, from brainstorming concepts to final product delivery, designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces, conducting user tests, and analyzing feedback to constantly enhance the user experience. Collaboration with our developers will be key, as you will work closely with them to bring your design solutions to life through code.

As a UX Designer, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at delivering superior user experiences.:

Participate in all stages of the design process, from ideation to implementation;; Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces;; Conduct user testing and usability studies to gather feedback;; Analyze user feedback to make informed design decisions;; Collaborate with developers to implement design solutions;; Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a UX designer, preferably with development tasks
• Knowledge of frontend development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Familiarity with generative AI and its applications in design
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
