Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team, focusing on the aerospace sector. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to explore innovative ways to leverage digital technologies for strategic business growth and enhanced customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include engaging with business transformation and functional leadership teams to identify opportunities for creating exceptional user experiences, both for internal users and external clients. You will be tasked with gathering and analyzing feedback to drive iterative improvements, ensuring that both existing and new systems are effective and meet user needs. This position is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extensions and offers a flexible four-day work week, all while working remotely within the United States.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing user experience across digital platforms, and will need to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.:

Translate user persona requirements and research insights into actionable design tasks and articulate these to stakeholders in an understandable manner.;; Conduct exploratory research to gather industry insights and competitive analyses, pinpointing user needs and suitable research strategies.;; Provide comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis, including data cleansing, interpretation, and visualization to support data-driven decision-making.;; Utilize visual design principles to develop wireframes and rapid prototypes that align with technical feasibility.;; Perform evaluations such as usability testing and heuristic audits, providing actionable recommendations to diverse audiences.;; Engage in user inquiry to gather requirements and better understand user needs.
