UX/UI Designer
Job Description:
- As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for enhancing and transforming user experiences across our digital platforms. Your role will involve conducting thorough user research to understand user behaviors, preferences, and challenges. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that advocate for user-centered design principles. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure our applications and website deliver intuitive, visually appealing, and effective user experiences. Reporting directly to the Product and Implementation Manager, you will influence the development of our next-generation platform, application, and website, making a significant impact on our overall product direction.

In this role, you will have a variety of responsibilities aimed at creating exceptional user experiences.:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to design responsive web and mobile applications;; Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user behavior and preferences;; Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing to continuously refine the user experience;; Create and maintain comprehensive UX documentation including user journeys and design specifications;; Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to establish UX/UI guidelines and implement website updates
