In this role, you will contribute significantly to the design and maintenance of our websites and e-commerce platforms, ensuring users have an intuitive and engaging experience while navigating our online training courses.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing the user interface and user experience across multiple academy websites. Your work will focus on improving navigation, course search functionalities, and conversion rates for users engaging with our online and offline training options.:
- Implement design improvements for twelve academy websites;; Maintain and evolve the shared design system based on user feedback;; Conduct feature research to identify new functionalities;; Perform usability testing and gather user feedback for design enhancements;; Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize conversion rates;; Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends and best practices
