Your designs will directly influence how users engage with our online and offline training courses, making your contributions vital to our mission of enhancing education through technology.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing our digital platforms and user experiences.:

    Enhance UI/UX across twelve academy websites, focusing on navigation, course search, and conversion optimization.;; Maintain and evolve a shared design system based on user feedback and changing requirements.;; Conduct feature research in collaboration with teams to identify new functionalities based on user insights and competitive analysis.;; Perform usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively refine designs to improve user satisfaction.;; Plan and execute A/B testing to optimize conversion rates for course registrations and user engagement.;; Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends and tools, applying best practices to your work.
