UX/UI Designer

Job Description:

    As a UX/UI Designer, you will be instrumental in enhancing user experiences through comprehensive research and design. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting user research to gather insights into user behavior and preferences. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys that advocate for best practices in user-centered design. In collaboration with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, DevOps, and marketing, you will develop and implement visually appealing and intuitive digital experiences. This role requires a strong portfolio showcasing your previous UI/UX design work, as you will report directly to the Product and Implementation Manager. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the future of our platform and website, ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.

Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities focused on user experience and interface design.:

    Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to design web and mobile applications;; Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user behavior and pain points;; Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results to enhance the user experience;; Create and maintain UX documentation, including user journeys and design specifications;; Work with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to establish UX/UI guidelines and collaborate on website designs and updates
