Job Description:

Join our innovative team as a UX/UI Designer, where you will play a vital role in enhancing user experiences and optimizing usability across our digital platforms. As part of your responsibilities, you will conduct and analyze usability tests to gather valuable insights, which will inform your designs and improvements throughout the entire customer journey. You will be tasked with conceptualizing and prototyping ideas, developing wireframes, sitemaps, and interactive prototypes that align with our brand identity. Your expertise will also extend to creating design systems and patterns that ensure consistency and quality across all user interfaces. Working collaboratively within a cross-functional team, you will contribute to the overall success of our products and partake in the exciting digital transformation journey at our company.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing user experience and usability.:

Conduct usability tests and analyze results to inform design decisions, Develop and optimize customer journeys based on user needs, Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success, Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing outcomes

Qualifications:

• Relevant professional experience in UX/UI design

• Solid knowledge of responsive web design and its technical challenges
• Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
• Fluency in German and English
