Your role will involve conducting detailed analysis, designing user interfaces, and implementing system enhancements that meet user needs. Additionally, you will conduct user testing and develop prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and style guides. The successful candidate will be proficient in modern UX principles, ensuring that all designs align with usability standards and compliance requirements. Experience with Agile development methodology will be crucial as you collaborate in sprint planning and reviews. As a UX UI Designer, you will take on a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing user experience across our platforms.:

Develop and maintain user personas and user journey maps;; Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups;; Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design decisions;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction;; Ensure designs are compliant with accessibility standards, including ADA;; Document design processes and maintain style guides for consistency
