UX/UI Designer and Researcher for Grid Analysis and Adaption Suite

Job Description:

    We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer and Researcher who will play a crucial role in enhancing our Grid Analysis and Adaption Suite. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive UX research activities and documenting your findings in our Research Repository. Your expertise will be vital in preparing and facilitating workshops focused on functional framing, ideation, and co-design. A significant aspect of your role will be to develop Scrum tools tailored for grid operators and data managers, ensuring their workflows are optimized for efficiency. You'll gather user requirements and feedback through various research methods, including observations, interviews, and usability tests. Your role will also involve creating user personas based on in-depth user research and data analysis. You will define interaction models and assess them against measurable criteria, identify business processes and use cases, and enhance existing user journeys. Your responsibilities will include creating storyboards, user flows, process maps, and site maps, as well as designing wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma. Finally, you will present your ideas and concepts to various stakeholders, effectively communicating design concepts and prototypes to developers.
