Job Description:
- We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer IV to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing user experiences across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and attractive designs. Your expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows will be crucial in ensuring a seamless user journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design process and final products, as well as the ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

As a UX/UI Designer IV, you will undertake various responsibilities that involve both design and collaboration.:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions;; Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility;; Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines;; Run usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
