Job Description:
- Join our dynamic team as a UX/UI Designer where you'll play a key role in enhancing user experience and usability across our digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing user journeys and conducting thorough usability tests to optimize the entire customer journey. Your expertise will guide the analysis of user needs, ensuring we create intuitive and engaging designs. In your daily tasks, you will conceptualize and prototype ideas through various mediums, including texts, wireframes, sitemaps, and interactive prototypes. You will also be responsible for implementing designs and layouts, creating comprehensive design systems and patterns. Collaborating with a cross-functional team will be essential to the success of our products, as you contribute to our exciting digital transformation and help shape our success story.

As a UX/UI Designer, your primary responsibilities will include understanding user experience, conducting usability tests, and optimizing customer interactions.:
- Conduct usability tests and analyze results, Optimize the customer journey based on user feedback, Create user journeys and define user experience strategies, Design and prototype ideas using wireframes and interactive models, Develop and implement design systems and patterns, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success

- Relevant professional experience in UX/UI design

- and familiarity with tools like Balsamiq
- Solid knowledge of responsive web design and technical challenges associated with it

- Fluent in both German and English
