The Information Security Manager will undertake the following responsibilities to ensure the security of our software development initiatives.:

Lead and manage security aspects of a major energy software project, ensuring compliance and security standards are upheld.;; Drive and implement organizational changes that enhance our security posture.;; Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations while developing risk mitigation strategies.;; Select and manage providers for security awareness training to cultivate a security-conscious culture.;; Establish and nurture a security community within the organization to promote best practices and collaborative efforts.;; Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into their processes and decision-making.
