Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with experience in Microsoft 365 to serve as a consultant and bridge the gap between technology and business operations for our clients in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing migration projects while providing expert advice to enhance the utilization of the Microsoft 365 platform. Your primary focus will be on modern workplace solutions, making it essential that you have a strong passion for digital transformation and contemporary cloud-based IT environments. This full-time position begins as a consulting assignment, with the intention of transitioning into a permanent role with the client. You will play a crucial role in configuring and implementing the Microsoft 365 platform for clients, overseeing their IT environments, and offering third-line support as needed. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions and workshops for clients, guiding them through the adoption of modern workplace solutions based on the Microsoft 365 suite.

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be the liaison between technology and the client's business needs, utilizing your technical expertise to transform and develop their IT landscape towards a modern workplace within Microsoft 365.:

Configure and implement the Microsoft 365 platform for clients;; Support monitoring and maintenance of cloud environments;; Provide third-line support for IT service delivery;; Conduct training workshops and educational sessions for clients;; Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 to drive innovation and competency development

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written
