We are seeking a dedicated Backend Developer to join our dynamic Coding-Force Team in Munich. Our team consists of 15 passionate individuals who thrive on challenging projects that demand innovative solutions. With a culture of flat hierarchies, we support each other across all areas of work. In this role, you will design and create backend systems using the latest architectures, contributing to both large-scale digital client projects and the core of our own products and tools. Together, we aim to revolutionize the business and consumer landscape through our cross-platform solutions encompassing web, mobile, tablet, and digital POS systems.

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for various tasks that are crucial to our backend operations.:

Develop backend solutions using TypeScript frameworks such as NodeJs, NestJs, or Deno.;; Design and implement scalable and secure server components.;; Create and optimize database structures to ensure peak performance.;; Develop interfaces for efficient and reliable data exchange between systems.;; Engage in projects ranging from our proprietary PIM system to innovative web applications.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum, and DevOps principles.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
• Willingness to embrace new technologies and pursue continuous self-improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in German is essential; English is a plus.
