As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of Olivia, our generative AI-based assistant designed to enhance customer interactions and streamline dealership operations. Your responsibilities will entail creating and refining AI prompts that guide Olivia in handling inquiries from both customers and dealership staff. You will conduct extensive testing to ensure the assistant provides accurate and timely responses, adapting its functionality based on user feedback and business needs. Collaboration with fellow engineers and marketing specialists will be key to ensure the AI's responses align with our overall objectives. You will also document your processes meticulously, contributing to the continuous improvement of our AI technologies and exploring innovative techniques to expand Olivia's capabilities.

You will be responsible for designing, testing, and refining our AI assistant, ensuring it meets high standards of performance and user satisfaction.:
