You will lead teams either in our product development department or on-site with clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects within embedded systems development. You will actively drive technical projects, ensuring that teams meet their objectives while fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.:

Lead and mentor agile teams to achieve project goals;; Drive technical project planning and execution;; Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders;; Support team members in overcoming challenges and achieving success;; Implement best practices in project management and software development
