Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in defining the test automation strategy in collaboration with both developers and the QA lead. You will be responsible for identifying automated test cases and necessary test data, executing these in parallel with feature development during sprints. Close coordination with development teams is essential to ensure seamless integration. Additionally, you will document test cases, test data, and results using project-specific test management and reporting tools. As a mentor, you will coach team members on sustainable quality assurance practices and effectively communicate product quality to customers and stakeholders.

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities::

Define and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy for your project team in alignment with developers and QA lead;; Identify and implement automated test cases alongside necessary test data during feature development in sprints;; Coordinate closely with development teams to ensure effective testing processes;; Document test cases, test data, and results using relevant project management and reporting tools;; Coach and support team members in maintaining sustainable quality assurance practices;; Communicate product quality to clients and stakeholders tailored to the audience
