Job Description:

As a crucial member of the Sapper Operational team, you will significantly influence the evolution of our cloud-native offerings and explore innovative methods for building and delivering solutions. Your primary responsibility will involve ensuring seamless physical and logical connectivity while onboarding new clients, particularly by establishing network connections that integrate client IT and telecom systems with our Cloud Native as a Service platform. This role necessitates a profound understanding of both on-premises and cloud-based hardware, including network routers and switches, to ensure robust security, data protection, and reliability throughout end-to-end deployment and service delivery. In a dynamic environment characterized by rapid innovation, your DevSecOps and SRE mindset will be essential in successfully launching new cloud-native services and providing exceptional experiences for our clients.

Deploy on-premise and cloud infrastructure for clients' IT and telecom systems;; Oversee the installation and configuration of hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls at client sites;; Collaborate with installation partners and client teams to ensure efficient hardware setup;; Conduct testing and validation of installations to confirm proper functionality;; Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of network setup;; Identify potential risks in the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies;; Explore automation opportunities to enhance service delivery and efficiency
