Job Description:

Join our innovative team as a Lab & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a secure cloud-based environment tailored for our cutting-edge cloud-native security management automation product. In this position, you will take ownership of our lab infrastructure setup, ensuring it meets the dynamic needs of our projects. The role demands a highly analytical mindset, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit. You will be required to devise creative solutions when faced with limited information and to step outside your formal responsibilities to drive project success. Your expertise will be instrumental in operating, troubleshooting, and continuously improving scalable and redundant environments. You will also engage in hands-on work with deployment, configuration, backup, and restore tools while collaborating closely with developers and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of cloud services.

You will be responsible for overseeing the lab and cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.:

Develop and maintain our Lab and Cloud infrastructure and services.;; Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OpenStack environments.;; Support onboarding of new assets and applications, addressing any functional issues.;; Collaborate with developers and QA teams to analyze requirements and enhance infrastructure.;; Work with networking and firewall teams to resolve any related issues.
