We are seeking an inquisitive and compassionate UX Researcher who is dedicated to comprehensively understanding user needs. In this pivotal role, you will uncover deep insights that drive the development of user-centered experiences. By employing various research methodologies, you will contribute to establishing trust and security in our products, thereby enhancing the overall brand experience for our target audience. Your exceptional communication and collaboration skills will be critical in sharing your findings effectively and influencing stakeholders throughout the design process. As a UX Researcher, you will play a vital role in guiding teams to make informed, customer-centric decisions throughout the product development lifecycle. This journey begins with early research to identify customer needs and challenges and continues through design definition and prototyping, culminating in post-launch research that informs future iterations. Our research methodologies include qualitative approaches such as card sorting, tree testing, diary studies, surveys, interviews, and both moderated and unmoderated usability testing. We begin by posing the right questions and conclude with targeted deliverables and storytelling that bridge the gap between our stakeholders and customers. You will serve as the voice of the customer, crafting research programs that provide answers to key team inquiries while also defining new research questions and initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of UX Research, you will be an integral part of our diverse Global Experience Design Organization, committed to inspiring and influencing across the company. As a UX Researcher, your primary responsibilities will include executing comprehensive research studies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform product strategy.:

Identify research opportunities that align with product and design strategies;; Scope project requirements and communicate the value of UX research to stakeholders;; Conduct end-to-end research studies, from defining research questions to analyzing data and presenting insights;; Present findings and recommendations to multiple teams and stakeholders to drive customer-centric decision-making;; Act as a liaison between design, product management, and marketing teams to ensure effective communication;; Facilitate workshops and design sprints, utilizing research findings to influence product evolution;; Support strategic change initiatives and advocate for user-centric approaches within the organization;; Demonstrate a growth mindset by seeking feedback, experimenting with new methods, and expanding your skillset

Qualifications:
