As a Program Controls Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting all Project Controls requirements for our Building Automation projects. Your contributions will span across all project phases, and you will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in resource planning, cost estimation, project scheduling, and risk analysis, all aimed at delivering superior project outcomes.

As a Program Controls Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support project success.:

Maintain project cost and scheduling tools to accurately forecast and track project deliverables;; Collaborate with project management, contract management, engineering, and construction teams to define measurement and scheduling criteria;; Assist in producing and maintaining project schedules and tracking deliverables;; Work with Project Managers to develop accurate cost estimates for change orders and maintain project logs;; Conduct project cost risk analysis and manage budget contingencies;; Oversee the receivables and payables balance for allocated projects
