Job Description:

    As a Data Analyst, you will join a dynamic and nimble global team dedicated to harnessing the power of data, analytics, and technology to drive the growth of our core products in strategic markets. Your role will involve working collaboratively in a close-knit environment where daily in-office interactions enhance teamwork, problem-solving, and rapid iteration to achieve impactful results. You will have the opportunity to engage with colleagues around the globe, providing insights that are critical to accelerating the delivery of innovative therapies to patients with rare diseases. By analyzing data from multiple sources, you will help deepen our understanding of performance drivers, explore new analytical approaches, and identify opportunities for growth. Your insights will reach all levels of the organization, influencing leaders from the CEO down to local business units. You will also contribute to the design and development of digital solutions that empower our field teams, enhancing their decision-making capabilities and operational agility.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving analytical initiatives and enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organization.:

    Analyze and interpret complex datasets to derive actionable insights;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and leverage analytics for strategic decision-making;; Develop and implement data visualization dashboards to communicate findings effectively;; Support the design of digital tools that enhance operational efficiency for field teams;; Continuously seek innovative approaches to data analysis that can foster business growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as economics, business, science, or engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics and visualization, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions and data manipulation
  • Experience with programming languages, particularly R
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, ideally QlikSense
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
