As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity and quality of master data across various systems. You will monitor and assess data quality issues, facilitate discussions on discrepancies, and lead initiatives aimed at improving data accuracy. Your role will involve planning and tracking activities that engage multiple stakeholders, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and aligned.:
- Analyze data quality issues and recommend solutions;; Coordinate with various departments to ensure data consistency;; Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes;; Drive improvements in data handling and management practices;; Support project initiatives related to data quality and system upgrades;; Engage in discussions about data discrepancies and their resolutions

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in IT, engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in data management across multiple system objects
- Knowledge of master data processes and procedures in a broad system landscape
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
- At least five years of experience working in Master Data or IT development
- Project management experience with a focus on system technical components
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
- Familiarity with SAP
