This position requires a strategic mindset, as you will be responsible for overseeing cybersecurity policies, architecture, and operations, ensuring that we stay ahead of evolving cyber threats while supporting our mission to deliver innovative healthcare solutions across the globe.

As the Head of Global Cybersecurity, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and provide strategic direction to the global cybersecurity function, ensuring that our organization is protected against cyber threats while complying with applicable regulations. You will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity policies and strategies, manage operational cybersecurity services, and foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.:

Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy in alignment with corporate objectives;; Monitor and update cybersecurity policies in response to regulatory changes and risk landscapes;; Establish governance frameworks and standards for cybersecurity across the organization;; Oversee the operation of global cybersecurity services including SOC and CSIRT;; Educate and train employees on cybersecurity best practices and awareness;; Drive initiatives to enhance the security framework and protect digital assets;; Collaborate with other department heads to ensure cybersecurity needs are met;; Manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support for their development
