As a Founding Product Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping a platform that automates regulatory compliance, enabling MedTech companies to focus on innovation while improving efficiency and reducing time to market. Your role will involve creating intuitive, user-centered designs that address the complexities faced by regulatory, quality, and R&D teams. You will engage with users to gather insights, iterate on designs based on feedback, and ensure that our platform remains agile and effective in meeting user needs. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centric design solutions that align with the company's vision and customer needs.:

Conceptualize, prototype, and refine user-centered designs;; Utilize user feedback, analytics, and testing to enhance designs;; Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions;; Establish design metrics and collaborate on experiments to assess design effectiveness;; Ensure consistency across all product touchpoints including websites and marketing materials
