As a UX/UI Expert, you will be responsible for creating and implementing design systems for global web-based applications aimed at electrical energy systems. Your main focus will be on enhancing user experience through consistent design and usability.:

Collaborate closely with a team of designers to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all tools.;; Engage with cross-functional teams including front-end and back-end developers, project managers, and stakeholders.;; Develop mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.;; Establish a UX/UI-defined development process while steering the strategic direction of UX/UI for our tool platform.;; Conduct usability tests and interviews to gather feedback and improve design.;; Ensure compliance with Siemens design guidelines.
