Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer who specializes in Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take the lead in developing and implementing advanced NLP models and LLMs, delving deep into feedback data to uncover meaningful patterns that drive actionable insights. Your expertise will not only enhance the capabilities of our MIGO Feedback Hub but also contribute to transforming the way businesses interpret and respond to feedback from customers and employees. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Mainz, where you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to fostering an environment of integrity, learning, and curiosity.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge AI services that facilitate both text and image analysis as well as generative AI capabilities. You will integrate AI services into our AI Service Factory to enable rapid prototyping and seamless incorporation into our MIGO platform. You will also be tasked with training and optimizing machine learning models for various applications, including but not limited to text classification and sentiment analysis.:

Design and develop AI services for text and image analysis;; Integrate AI services into the AI Service Factory;; Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models;; Prepare and preprocess data for machine learning tasks;; Evaluate model performance and refine models;; Conduct research on machine learning techniques
