As an expert in Full-Stack Web Development, particularly using the MERN stack alongside Java and SQL, you will collaborate closely with our Education team to create a curriculum that integrates cutting-edge AI and machine learning techniques. This role requires not only the technical skills to design and implement comprehensive course content but also the educational acumen to deliver it effectively to students. You will be responsible for ensuring that the program is both academically challenging and practically applicable, equipping students with the necessary skills to tackle real-world problems in software development and AI integration. By the end of the program, students will have gained hands-on experience in building AI-powered web applications and mastering essential tools used in the software engineering lifecycle.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will lead the development and execution of the AI Software Engineering bootcamp, ensuring that the curriculum is comprehensive and relevant to industry standards.:

Engage with external stakeholders to understand their needs and refine the program's scope.;; Create a detailed syllabus outlining learning outcomes and assessment methods.;; Develop course materials for various learning formats, including self-paced and instructor-led content.;; Design hands-on projects that align with learning objectives, such as AI-powered applications and full-stack solutions.;; Prepare lesson plans and facilitate both individual and group learning experiences.;; Oversee the academic performance of students, providing guidance and support throughout the course.;; Manage Teaching Assistants to foster a collaborative learning environment.;; Encourage strategic thinking and application of critical skills in real-world projects.
