Your expertise in Fortinet technologies will be crucial as you help clients navigate the complexities of network security. You will work in a multi-vendor environment, managing operational tasks with minimal supervision, and providing expert guidance on security solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their security needs are met effectively and efficiently. You will also participate in incident management, problem resolution, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our services. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow with us as we expand our presence in the cybersecurity market.

As a Network Security Engineer L2, you will be integral to our managed service team, providing high-quality support and technical advice to our clients.:

Manage daily operational tasks with minimal supervision.;; Provide technical security support and analysis on Fortinet and other vendor products.;; Act as a trusted advisor and expert for major clients.;; Engage in incident management and provide timely updates to clients.;; Lead problem management by identifying trends in product failures.;; Oversee complex changes for managed services customers.;; Participate in the on-call rota for 24x7 client support.;; Attend service review meetings to present performance reports.
