Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Data Analyst to join our Behavioral Data Squad, a dynamic and cross-functional team responsible for overseeing digital tracking across all HelloFresh markets worldwide. In this pivotal role, you will ensure data integrity, governance, and observability by defining and developing key metrics, visualizations, and targets for our squad. Your analytical prowess will allow you to delve deeply into the root causes of tracking discrepancies and anomalous data readings, enhancing trust and encouraging widespread adoption of our data products. As an individual contributor, your expertise in behavioral tracking infrastructure and data models will empower you to proactively identify needs and pain points across various teams, including Data Infrastructure, Platform, Engineering, and Analytics. You will also be instrumental in refining best practices across our organization, making a significant impact on how we operate and analyze data.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support data-driven decision making and enhance product performance.:
- Manage the data catalog and delivery documentation for the team.;; Collaborate with data product managers and engineers to design reusable data products.;; Gather requirements from cross-functional teams and define project objectives while utilizing project management skills to execute data-driven initiatives.;; Work with the Senior Product organization to establish strategic priorities and foster a culture of evidence-based decision making.;; Communicate actionable insights across the organization, clearly articulating the implications of your analyses to drive business growth.;; Analyze customer behavior and product performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing the HelloFresh digital product.;; Guide and mentor fellow Product Analysts, defining best practices and supporting their development.;; Review implementations across multiple teams to continuously improve deliverables.

- Expertise in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, to create clear and compelling presentations of complex data.
