Job Description:

Join our innovative team in the Data and Analytics Platforms department, where we empower Allianz's operational units by providing them with the tools and insights necessary for data-driven decision-making. In this internship, you will be at the forefront of using advanced technologies to collect, process, and analyze vast amounts of data, transforming it into actionable insights. You will engage in model development, conducting thorough data analyses to identify patterns and trends, implementing various AI algorithms, and collaborating closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Staying abreast of developments in generative AI and machine learning will be vital, as will documenting models and algorithms to ensure transparency. You will also monitor and optimize AI model performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to projects that drive growth and innovation within the organization.

As an intern, you will engage in various tasks that will enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success.:

Assist in the design, development, and fine-tuning of generative AI models to meet specific project requirements.;; Conduct comprehensive data analyses to detect patterns and trends that will inform AI model development.;; Implement and test different AI algorithms to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.;; Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other team members to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.;; Stay updated on advancements in generative AI and machine learning, applying relevant insights to ongoing projects.;; Maintain detailed documentation of AI models, algorithms, and processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.;; Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of AI models, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades.
