Job Description:

Are you a natural coordinator with a keen eye for detail who thrives on successfully completing projects? We are seeking a Project Lead to be at the heart of our project execution, guiding our clients towards achieving their goals using Cleverdesk, our leading ERP platform. In this role, you will oversee a variety of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with clients, business consultants, product managers, and developers to ensure a smooth process at every step. Your organizational talents and communication skills will be crucial in making each project a success. You will be the driving force behind our projects, ensuring client satisfaction as you lead your team through challenges, keeping a close watch on project plans and daily coordination. You will also have the opportunity to visit clients in person multiple times during the project lifecycle, as our clients are spread across the Netherlands, parts of Belgium, and West Germany. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about project management and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

As a Project Lead, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects, managing diverse responsibilities that ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of our services.:

Lead internal project meetings, maintaining an overview of all project progress;; Create detailed project plans and monitor timelines and budgets closely;; Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them proactively informed about progress;; Coordinate collaboration between different departments, ensuring all teams contribute effectively;; Address any bottlenecks and adjust strategies as needed to ensure project success;; Conduct at least two in-person visits to each client at the start and completion of their projects

• Higher education level equivalent to HBO or above
