As a Procurement Sourcing Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include a variety of tasks aimed at improving sourcing strategies and vendor management.:

Establish and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective sourcing strategies.;; Act as a trusted advisor to various teams, ensuring optimal terms and conditions are secured during negotiations.;; Enhance product knowledge related to technology hardware and software to support various departmental needs.;; Facilitate project management and contract execution for sourcing negotiations in alignment with procurement practices.;; Contribute to the strategic vision of technology hardware sourcing and assist in shaping product and service roadmaps.;; Build strong partnerships with Information Security, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.;; Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate proposals for products and services on behalf of internal clients.;; Support team processes by managing contracts and conducting data analysis to inform decision-making.;; Maintain accurate records of vendor information, contracts, and related transactions.
